About This Role
The Manager, Market AccessMarketingis accountable for executing payerandreimbursement marketing activities to support brandobjectivesacrossthe Biogen portfolio. In this role, the individual serves as a critical liaison aligning brand strategy to market access and reimbursement priorities, with theultimate goalofoptimizingthe access & reimbursement processin collaboration with the access strategy teams.
WhatYou'llDo
* Supportthecreation ofmarket access payer and reimbursement marketing initiatives for therapiesacross the Biogen portfolioand manage execution of these materials via our vendor agency of record; manage budgets, timelines,logistics, etc.
* Ownthe medical, legal, and regulatory materials review process to ensure fulfillment and execution of projects and tactics within budget, in a timely manner, and with strong messaging
* Establish value narrativein collaboration with Access Strategy teamsand execute multichannel campaign to deliver it;support thebuilding ofmessaging tailored to various stakeholders, including government and private payers, health plans, and PBMs
* Support the rollout ofaccess and reimbursement strategies/frameworks to field teams, including account director, field salesandfield reimbursement teams
* Supportannual brand planningfrom a Market Access and Reimbursement perspective, in collaboration with access strategy teams and brand teams

Required Skills
*Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
*3+ yearsofpharmaceutical, biopharma industryexperience,includingdirect responsibility for marketingactivities, ideally for payers
* Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive projects forward, establish budgets and timelines
* Strong interpersonal skills - builds relationships by identifying common goals and engaging in a transparent, trust-building manner
* Heightened ability to collaborate, influence, and work with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results
* Experience managing multiple demands and priorities on time and under business constraints
* Experience managing key commercial processes that are critical to business performance, including brand planning and positioning, value proposition development, and pricing/reimbursement strategy
Preferred Skills
* Veeva Vault experience
- Familiarity with FDAmarketing guidelines for pharmaceutical products
Additional Information
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
