We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive projects for one of our key accounts in commercial real estate. This role will involve managing both local and remote projects, requiring a quick-thinking, multitasking professional with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of making an immediate impact, effectively managing vendors, and navigating complex project requirements with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as leader on each project to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the scope of work
  • Review the project in-depth to understand deliverables, schedule, and costs
  • Oversee construction projects to monitor progress, design adherence, and compliance with a heavy emphasis on OSHPD and HCAI
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Prepare bid invitations and qualify bids
  • Review change orders and review and approve all pay applications
  • Establish and maintain construction budget
  • Handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented and delivering results within given timelines
  • Communicate well cross-departmentally, with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Desired Competency, Experience, and Skills:

  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years’ experience in construction management preferably in healthcare
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means / methods and OSHPD / HCAI- required
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and instruction, yet able to function as part of a team

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
