Vice President to help originate asset-based transactions. Will partner with Senior Originators, Underwriting and Portfolio Management across all geographies to move transactions through the deal lifecycle from origination to close.

Help drive loan growth through targeted clients/prospects in close coordination with coverage banking
Demonstrate subject matter expertise; translate knowledge into strategic dialogue and value-added ideas
Collaborate with internal partners to achieve optimal outcomes
Originate and assist senior originators and underwriters with deal qualification, screening, diligence and closing process
Adhere to risk/compliance policies and guidelines
Mentor and develop junior teammates
Demonstrate Truist values
Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree
5-10 years of ABL experience
Solid subject matter expertise including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
Understand and have experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues
Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000.
Additional incentive pay is available for this position.
