Vice President of Video and Broadcast Services

Position Overview
Our Agency Client is looking for a Vice President of Video and Broadcast Services will be responsible for driving the vision, growth, and operational excellence across their video services offerings. This individual will lead the company profitability through the coming years of change, ensuring that their video production teams and processes remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with the client needs. The idea candidate will be an industry-savvy leader with a strong blend of strategic thinking, business development expertise and organizational awareness.

• Full-time direct hire
• Onsite in Columbus, OH (relocation package available)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking strategy to keep the company at the forefront of corporate video production.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven content creation, virtual production, and emerging storytelling techniques and identify new service opportunities and market expansion strategies to drive growth.
• Supervise department managers across disciplines, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee production workflows, monitor revenue margins, and maintain consistency across all locations and operations.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and key performance metrics across all video service lines.
• Recommend and oversee expenditures for capital equipment, technology investments, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities for new and existing accounts.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality client deliverables while managing work plans, contracts, budgets, and projections.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate and broadcast video production, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and growing diverse teams, including managers and large departments.
• Strong understanding of the technical and creative aspects of video production, including post-production, visual effects, streaming, and broadcast operations.
• Demonstrated success in client retention, business development, and revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex operations, including satellite offices, while maintaining a unified vision.
• Experience working with high-profile corporate, government, and media clients.
