We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to join our Operations leadership team as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations. This key role offers the opportunity to shape and execute strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. You’ll lead a diverse portfolio that includes Lean Enterprise, project management, engineering, automation innovation, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and facilities management. As SVP, you’ll be at the forefront of driving productivity, optimizing processes, reducing costs, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. Where will you work?
- This position will be based out of our Swedesboro, NJ office.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on operational and strategic matters.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead the implementation of Lean Enterprise principles to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management:
- Oversee project management for Operations, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
Engineering and Automation Innovation:
- Lead engineering initiatives to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
- Drive automation innovation to improve processes and reduce labor costs.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing and operational processes.
EHS and Facilities Management:
- Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement EHS programs to create a safe and healthy work environment.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities.
- manage facility expansion and improvement projects.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources.
